My family have been paitents at this clinic since it opened. Even after moving to Curlewis we have continued to come when we can, as we trust the experience and professional judgement of Dr. Chang and his team. Dr. Chang goes above and beyond for all his paitents, even working after hours if there is an urgent matter. The reception staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. I always feel at home when I enter the clinic and am greeted warmly by one of the reception staff. They take the time to get to know the paitents, showing genuine interest and concern. We're always amazed by not only the warmth and friendliness of the staff but also how incredibly professional and knowledgeable they have been during all our visits. Throughout this pandemic, they stopped at nothing to do their part to help the community (e.g. providing up-to-date health info during the pandemic, and extending their operating hours to vaccinate patients on Saturdays!). They're not a large clinic so for them to take the initiative to do their part at their personal expense speaks volumes for the passion they have for the health and well-being of our community. Highly recommend. Dr. Chang has taken onboard our criticisms and really improved our opinion of the clinic by providing professional client centered care.

Recently I have had more than usual appointments, requiring a lot of follow up care, there was never a long wait and the receptionists very welcoming and efficient.
